Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing may take longer during product launches or when batches are being freshly produced. We only ship on Mondays and Fridays. 

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, transit times are determined by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). Sun Raya is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incomplete addresses.

• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund it. Please contact your carrier directly for resolution.
