Refund policy

Because every serum and perfume is handmade in small batches with natural ingredients, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within seven days with a photo and we will gladly make it right with a replacement or store credit. Natural scents and botanical formulas shift slightly with each person’s chemistry, so we cannot offer returns or refunds for personal preferences, such as not resonating with the scent. While opened products cannot be returned or exchanged, unopened items may be exchanged within seven days for store credit.
