By using the Sun Raya website or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

  • Product Use: Our perfumes, serums, and botanical products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Please review all ingredients before purchase. Sun Raya is not responsible for reactions due to allergies or sensitivities.

  • No Medical Claims: Our products are for cosmetic and energetic use only. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

  • Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Website Use: You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

  • Intellectual Property: All content—including product names, images, branding, and descriptions—is the property of Sun Raya and may not be reproduced without permission.


Refund & Return Policy

Because all Sun Raya products are handcrafted in small batches and made with natural ingredients, all sales are final.

We gladly replace items or offer store credit for the following issues:

  • Products damaged during shipping

  • Defective packaging (broken pump, leaking cap, etc.)

  • Incorrect items shipped

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Scent preference (“I don’t like the smell”)

  • Texture or feel of the product

  • Skin response or individual sensitivity

  • Used or opened items

Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit within seven days. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing may take longer during product launches or when batches are being freshly produced.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, transit times are determined by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). Sun Raya is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incomplete addresses.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund it. Please contact your carrier directly for resolution.
